Matthew Matt James was conceived in North Carolina, on the 5th December 1991. The parents of Matthew Matt James are Manny James and Patty James. He has an Nigerian father as well as a Caucasian mother. Following his graduation of Sanderson High School, in 2010, James enrolled in Wake Forest University and obtained an Economics Bachelor's Degree. James was famous after the show The Bachelorette as a reality television star. He was selected in 2020 to play the 25th season bachelor of The Bachelor, becoming the first African American lead. The season premiered in 2021. James was a perfect fit for the role because He is attractive, well-rounded and tall and has a sense of humorous.
